Do you have a family member or friend dealing with a mental health challenge? During this 90-minute seminar, you’ll learn how to best support them… And yourself.
It’s a chance to meet other people in the same situation. Get information – and support – from people who understand what you’re going through. (That’s the NAMI way – that’s „peer-led.“)
The NAMI Family & Friends workshop is led by volunteers with experience supporting a family member with a mental health condition.
