Behavioral health reports published by the Statewide Behavioral Health Coordinating Council (SBHCC)and the 21 state agencies represented within the SBHCC can be found below. The reports provide the public with information about mental health and substance use services ranging from program performance to external quality reporting, and aim to improve service delivery and quality of care. The reports are organized based on the 15 areas of gap identified in the Statewide Behavioral Health Strategic Plan.  They are offered here in an effort to improve the ease of locating these important documents.
