Behavioral Health Awareness Modules
The Texas Health Human Services Commission (HHSC) provides a module series, Behavioral Health Awareness, that addresses a different mental or behavioral health topic. The modules provide information on symptoms, treatment, recovery, and more.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Trainings
Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training course that teaches participants about mental health and substance-use issues. There are adult, youth, and teen courses available in both in-person and virtual formats. The Local Mental and Behavioral Health Authorities listed below offer MHFA to independent school district (ISD) employees, higher education institution employees, and community members. MHFA training is free of charge for ISD employees and higher education institution employees. All others may incur a cost. Please use the contact information below for further information.
