$25.00According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA, 2018), “Among the 42.1 million adults with mental illness, 18.2% also had substance use disorders.” In other words, if you have a caseload of 25 clients, you would have about 4 clients with undiagnosed or diagnosed substance use problems. The aim of the workshop is to equip attendees to support individuals and their loved ones with addiction, enhance client’s mental health, and foster a supportive environment for healing and recovery.
