OSAR stands for Outreach, Screening, Assessment and Referral. Provides screening for individuals that are seeking treatment for substance use disorders to help determine what level of care they need (inpatient, outpatient, detox, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) as well as drug or parenting classes, mental health, peer support, etc.) and then make referrals to the appropriate provider.
