Provides developmental evaluation, case management, and developmental services including specialized skills training, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy and dietary services.Who can make a referral?Anyone can make a referral — parents, doctors, family friends, child care providers, grandparents, foster parents, or others.If you notice your child is not reaching developmental milestones by a certain age, you can make a referral to ECI.
