Provides services to individuals (adults and children) with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, or pervasive developmental disorders to access community-based services through a range of providers or the center itself. Services might include service coordination, day habilitation, respite, in-home and family support, supported employment, residential intermediate care facilities for persons with mental retardation (ICF-MR), and home and community based services (HCS).
