Community Health Centers of South-Central Texas – Victoria Community Health Center

Provides primary and preventive medical, dental and behavioral health care, obstetrical, family planning and well-woman services, immunizations, health education, lab and pharmacy, and referrals to healthcare specialists. Provides flu vaccine for adults when available. May also provide financial assistance for prescription drugs, depending on eligibility. Mammograms through the Breast and Cervical Cancer Services (BCCS) programs will be offered for women ages 40-64 and are free for those in the community who meet or fall under the 200% poverty level guideline.
