Provides an array of services to adults 18 years of age and older who have a severe and persistent mental illness (depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorders) or any other severely disabling mental disorders which requires support and treatment; services include mental health evaluation to help determine individual’s eligibility level of care, cognitive behavioral therapy, and case management/service coordination for clients in need.
