Offers an array of services specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals diagnosed with Mental Retardation, Pervasive Developmental Disorder and/or Related Conditions. Mental Retardation is a disorder characterized by significantly sub average intellectual functioning, an IQ of approximately 70 or below with onset before age 18 years and concurrent deficits or impairments in adaptive functioning. Pervasive Developmental Disorder is characterized by severe and pervasive impairment in several areas of development: reciprocal social interaction skills, communication skills, or the presence of stereotyped behavior, interest and activities. Related Condition is a severe or chronic disability that is attributed to cerebral palsy, epilepsy or any other condition, other than mental illness, found to be closely related to mental retardation because the condition results in impairment of general intellectual functioning or adaptive behavior similar to that of persons with mental retardation, and requires treatment or services similar to those required for persons with mental retardation.Offers an array of services to individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities, pervasive development disorder and/or related conditions with service coordination, day rehabilitation, respite care, in-home and family support, vocational training, supported employment, and other related services.Services and Supports: Community Support Respite Employment Assistance Supported Employment Vocational Training Nursing Behavioral Support Day Habilitation Home and Community-based Services (HCS) – Medicaid waiver program – services available for eligible individuals as an alternative to ICF-IDD program support services Counseling and Therapies that include: physical and occupational therapy, speech and language pathology, audiology, social work, behavior support, and dietary services.
