Provides Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) services for children, ages birth – 3 years, who have a medically diagnosed condition, auditory or visual impairment, or a developmental delay.Conducts a developmental assessment. Initial evaluation is completed at the local office unless otherwise requested.Works with family to develop an Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).Offers the following services to address developmental delays: case management, special skills training, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, counseling, nutrition, service coordination, and services for children with auditory and visual impairments.May offer baby diapers as supply is available to current clients only. Services available via telehealth and in the child’s home and community settings where children live, learn, or play.Anyone can make a referral – parents, doctors, family friends, child care providers, grandparents, foster parents, or others.If you notice your child is not reaching developmental milestones by a certain age, you can make a referral to ECI.
