BCFS Health and Human Services – Abilene – Abilene Transition Center (ATC)

Provides flexible, community-based programs to support expecting parents, or families with young children 0-5 years of age to overcome any barriers they might be facing. Services include, but are not limited to: SafeCare Parenting Education, Case Management, Transportation, Basic Needs Support, Crisis Intervention, and Substance Abuse Counseling.
