Dates/Times: Tuesdays, 12-1:30pm June 20, 27 and July 4,11, & 18

Open to parents and caregivers of all ages.

You will learn practical ways to manage stress, ways to improve well-being and better cope with life challenging situations. How to cultivate self-compassion and self-care, how to improve working memory, how to increase focus and attention. You will also learn how to decrease negative affect (anxiety, depression)
