Mental Health America of Greater Houston’s Integrated Healthcare Initiative is hosting its Understanding Integrated Care series again this Spring, virtually.
Learning Objectives:
- The participant will be able to define integrated health care and list three key elements of integrated care – no matter the model.
- The participant will be able to discuss the 4 Quadrant Model in terms of Integrated Health Care.
- The participant will be able to differentiate between the two best practice models.
