Join Kristen Lee, LCSW, CTP of Healing Circle Counseling for her bi-weekly (virtual) yoga group centered on alleviating depression and anxiety with accessible yoga practices.

Sessions are held virtually, every other Monday, at 2:00PM from January 8th through April 29th (9 total sessions). No yoga experience or equipment required.
