Explores how mental health disorders may cause an increased use of substances, and conversely, how substance use may increase the severity of mental health symptoms. A look into how medication-assisted treatment of SUD, individual and group therapy and support groups can provide a holistic approach to harm reduction and recovery.
During the event, our trained presenter will cover a range of topics including information from research on what causes some people to consider suicide, risk factors of suicide, and how we can all help prevent suicide.
