Ethics and Law in Clinical Supervision for Mental Health Professionals (3 Ethics CEs)
Clinical Supervision is an increasingly important area in mental health. In this course, we aim to tackle the common issues and obstacles that come with clinical supervision in mental health and social services settings. Our goal is to help practitioners feel more confident and secure when facing legal, ethical, and risk-management concerns related to clinical supervision. We explore the roles and responsibilities of both the supervisor and supervisee, as well as techniques that not only minimize risk but also improve performance.
