All Texas Access

Texas Health and Human Services (HHSC) will be hosting a virtual conference on December 9th focusing on key HHSC behavioral health initiatives, innovations, and opportunities. The conference is called All Texas Access because all Texans deserve to be able to access the mental health care at the right time and place.
Featured at the conference will be the All Texas Access (Senate Bill 633, 86th Legislature, Regular Session, 2019) regional plans developed by local mental health authorities in rural area. These plans are intended to improve access to mental health services. Attendees will leave the conference with a better understanding of these plans, as well as unique challenges and opportunities in behavioral health initiatives throughout the state.
